Healing Haven Oasis Return Policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with Healing Haven Oasis. Please review the following return and refund guidelines before making a purchase.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please get in touch with us before sending an item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved standard returns.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Healing Haven Oasis cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
Contact us promptly if your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Please include:
- Your name and order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging, when applicable
After reviewing the information, Healing Haven Oasis may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
When the error is ours, Healing Haven Oasis will cover the approved return-shipping cost when a return is required.
Health, Hygiene, and Personal-Care Products
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Apothecary products
- Bath and body products
- Skincare products
- Herbal products
- Tea and food products
- Supplements
- Personal-care products
These items may still qualify for assistance when they arrive damaged, defective, contaminated, or incorrect.
Affiliate and Third-Party Products
Independent third-party sellers may offer some products featured on the Healing Haven Oasis website through affiliate links.
These items are not sold, processed, shipped, or fulfilled directly by Healing Haven Oasis.
Returns, refunds, replacements, guarantees, billing questions, shipping concerns, and customer-service requests for affiliate products must be handled directly through the seller from whom the purchase was completed. The third-party seller’s policies will apply.
We cannot issue refunds or accept returns for purchases completed on an outside website.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider.
