How long does shipping take?
Orders stocked and shipped directly by Healing Haven Oasis are generally processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery time begins after the order has been transferred to the carrier. Print-on-demand products may require additional production time and may arrive separately.
Do you ship internationally?
Healing Haven Oasis currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking may take a little time to update after the shipping label is created.
Can I cancel my order after I already paid?
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible at businesshho@outlook.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee a cancellation once an order has entered processing, production, or fulfillment.
Purchases completed through an outside affiliate seller must be handled directly through that seller.
